Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned due to personal preference after use.

For hygiene reasons, plush products must be returned unused and in clean, original condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
